Produced by Laura and Matt Elliott who are first generation tenant farmers on the National Trust’s Sherborne Estate in Gloucestershire. The farm’s herd of cattle are pasture for life certified which means that you can be sure that their beef is 100% grass fed and raised to the high welfare standards demanded by the Pasture Fed Livestock Association.
