Choosing Your Delivery

Our local delivery covers a number of areas around and including Ross-on-Wye. These deliveries are Weekly for some areas and fortnightly for others and are free of charge.

For all areas of the mainland UK, we offer a courier delivery service. You can also choose to collect your order from the Farm at no charge.

Free Weekly Local Deliveries

  • Birmingham Central & South areas: Weekly on Thursdays
  • Malvern area: Weekly on Thursdays
  • Local/ Hereford areas: Weekly on Fridays
  • Place your order before 3pm
  • The day before your delivery day.

Free Fortnightly Local Deliveries

  • Bristol area: Fortnightly on Wednesdays (WEEK 1)*
  • Bromsgrove/ Droitwitch areas: Fortnightly on Thursdays (WEEK 1)*
  • Cheltenham/ Gloucester areas: Fortnightly on Tuesdays (WEEK 2)*
  • Stourbridge/ Worcester areas: Fortnightly on Tuesdays (WEEK 2)*
  • Place your order before 3pm
  • The day before your delivery day.

UK-Wide Delivery

  • We provide a weekly courier delivery service for all areas of the UK mainland.
  • A set charge applies, currently £7.50. This covers delivery and thermal packaging.
  • Place your order before 3pm on Tuesday
  • Delivery on Thursday.

Farm-Shop Collection

  • Collection from the farm is free – see our opening hours 
  • Special arrangements? Please call us.
  • Place your order before 3 pm
  • Collect after 10 am the next working day


The above deadlines give us time to process and prepare your order before it is sent for delivery.

All temperature sensitive foods are packaged using chilled and temperature controlled packaging. We recommend you unpack and refrigerate the contents as soon as possible after receiving your order.

What does it mean WEEK1 and WEEK2 ?

For our fortnightly deliveries, we use alternate calendar week numbers. Odd numbers are WEEK1 and Even numbers are WEEK2. Weeks begin on Mondays..
