Recipe: Pork & Leek Sausage Pasta


  • 4 Free-Range Pork/Leek Sausages
  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (14 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish


Cooking the Sausages:
