  • 2 free-range chicken supremes
  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh herbs (parsley and thyme) for garnish


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped mushrooms. Sauté until the mushrooms release their moisture and become tender, about 5-6 minutes.
