Our contract with you

Your order will be assigned an order number that we will pass to you when we confirm your order.  It will help us if you can tell us the order number if you need to contact us about your order.

There are times when it may not be possible to meet your order.  We will notify you as soon as possible should this occur.  Whatever the reason for not meeting your order we are committed to communicating this to you and we will not be held liable.  Should unexpected limits on our resources occur, an error in the price or description of goods offered or our being unable to meet a delivery deadline specified by you or other happenings we could not reasonably plan for are examples of events that may at some point affect our inability to meet your order.
