Saddle Of Lamb is taken from the middle section of the lamb, essentially bone in loin. The small amount of bone means the meat is sweet and easy to carve.
Depending on appetite, you can feed 3-4 people per 1kg. Anymore than 3 adults and you may want to look at 1.5kg and up.
