Pork loin on the bone is the equivalent of a beef sirloin. It is one of the prime cuts off the pig and the Chined cut is where the bone is cut away for easy serving. Cook as pork loin.
When cooked on the bone, it maintains great flavours and with the skin left on you get fantastic crackling. We score the loins as standard to enhance the crackling and the bone is chined to help you carve.
Depending on appetite, you can feed 3-4 people per 1kg. Anymore than 3 adults and you may want to look at 1.5kg and up.
