We love to leave our pork leg roasting joints on the bone so you get all the extra flavour and we ensure that there is a good cover of fat for crackling.
Depending on appetite, you can feed 3-4 people per 1kg. Anymore than 3 adults and you may want to look at 1.5kg and up.
