  • 2 beef cheeks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
