  • 1 sheet of store-bought pizza dough or flatbread
  • 2 large organic fresh onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh arugula or microgreens for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
