Of all the roasts on the bone, the rib roast has to be the one with the most flavour to it. It is maybe not quite as tender as say a sirloin but it is more than made up for by the flavour.
Our succulent rib of beef is extremely popular at Christmas time.
Depending on appetite, you can feed 3-4 people per 1kg. Anymore than 3 adults and you may want to look at 1.5kg and up.
