Our Free Range Venison comes from approved local farmers. It is deep in colour with a dense texture and just the right amount of fat. Venison is perfect for roasting, grilling, frying and barbequing. It makes a good pot roast, stew or casserole for winter evenings and the haunch or shoulder a good traditional roast.
For roasting, choose a whole fillet, a saddle or a venison haunch either on the bone or off the bone.
Venison is not always available due to seasonal reasons. When this page displays no venison this means we are currently “out of stock” of venison.
